Are options voided if an individual was terminated?

Do you know off hand how many shares are held by insiders?  I know Jeff & Heidi have 10% of the company.  This I found in SEDI.

As a shareholder, I'm not concerned regarding Pratt's parting with the company.  I'm here because Jeff is here.

From what I gather, we should be getting some news shortly.
