RE:UBR.v - fresh 5yr high, almost every day

I'm no technician, but I believe this is what they call a break out. I would bet good money that it goes higher for the next couple of days. With this stock and it's current situation, it is either going over a dollar, or to zero. I doubt there will be a middle ground, and if what they are trying to accomplish works out, buying at any price right now is a good price.
