RE:Reporting requirements

Not announcing the terms of the sale could mean the value is somehow conditional on a final review of assets or something. I expect that the sale would be in cash but there should be plenty left for another aquitition. In a way this is sort of a smaller deall than I was expecting and certainly not the size deal I would expect in comparison with the cash reserve.
