Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:Anonymous traded 130,000 on March 4Euro Pacific buys for its own funds.  I believe National does the buying for Pender Funds but I cannot confirm that.

As for the cancellations I believe those shares are bought under the annonymous broker as pointed out here.

Finally I believe Blackwood's post are bang on regarding something being up with the company.  The relentless accumulation by Euro Pacific...IMO is very interesting.  Bruce Campbell of Stonecastle funds also had some very positive comments about PHO a few months back.  The next few months should be verey interesting!
