What a giant steaming pile of **** this whole process has turned out to be. 4th extension that takes payment well past the previously announced court date, shareholders asked to vote before actually seeing if the suitor can actually pay, no know written evaluations from the deal "consultant", no clear plan from management other than "sell at whatever price."

Sorry for the rant - I'm just getting a little fed up with these clowns.
