Cash Flow

It's all about cash flow right now; that seems to be a prudent course. I would have liked to have seen some figures as to what percentage of the total land package of Teuton Delta represents. I'm sure it is miniscule as a percentage of what TUO has, so I'm okay with what basically is a cash deal.

Hopefully TUO will do some exploration this summer on its own. Look at the jump in AMK with the Agoracom publicity. Time for Teuton to get some good PR as well.
