Right you are Jimmer.  I misread the quote as It not IT.

I stopped being concerned with any financing and thought major things were to come soon, including a probable takeover of SEV  when S7 hired the ex CFO of Yahoo.

And I still think this is what will happen as this was the fate of the CEO's last few companies.

My two prime suspects are Intel (because they took over one of Tonys companies before) and Linear Technologies whose founder is on the Board of Directors.
