Spruce analysis was so misleading and intentional wrong.....on IT financials, growth and leverage/ liquidity.  All operational facts in report were wrong.  Company  should sue him for  loss in market cap.  $400 M or higher.

I wonder if he will post more lies?  Don't be deceived by Spruce (Ben Axler) as he is probably backed by organized crime!
