RE:Last time oil was 38.22Not true actually you may want to check where you get your facts? Last time the SP was $4.85 was right around the takeover bid collapse in early July. WTI was in the $50-$55 range then .. just a wee bit off where we are now lol. Also, the debt levels have not changed over the last year ... Like BTE they completed acquisitions at the peak of the market and went heavily into debt to do it. I still believe in the company and am hopeful they will get their sh it together and pull off some asset sales and debt restructuring to turn this thing around, but let's be realistic folks! GL Zoo
