Completely agree. Which is why I have very few doubts that the plan IS to bring NOX to production. I think it has to be a major part of the growth strategy, and the board has strongly indicated this thus far.

As a long-term NOX shareholder, I believe the project is reasonably close to a positive decision... My fears lie mostly with Windfall, as it is harder to judge how much farther out that timeline is (and therefore its value remains murkier to me...)
