I suspect RNX is getting nurvous the vote may not go through, so they are buying up as much as they can. The closer we get to the date the more anxious they become to lock up this deal and will chase the share price up. I think people are nuts to be selling selling right now. I demand the same deal for all common share holders. The lockup agreements amongst insiders with the same "common share" is pure coruption! Vote No!
