So it will be Cameco and Areva engineering and know how, with a lot of CGN financial backing, and that should satisfy out Federal government.

THe consortium will likely at some point make simultaneous take out offers for each of NXE and FCU and this avoids the managements of FCU and NXE trying to marry up, as they probably don't have the expertise to properly figure out what each others deposit and their own are worth.

THis takeout will likely occur in 2017, perhaps late in the year after the winter and summer drill programs in 2017.
You have already seen one very important developemt in tune with what I have posted, both NXE and FCU now have the same RPA cpmapany, which can now be employed to scope out the many benefits of developing the whole area, combining all the projects.

A group of RPA folks attended the infamous TOwn Hall meeting last fall and sat right behind me. I know a few of those guys and they are a good team.

It makes me wonder if CGN / Cameco have bigger plans with the regards to the district with recent activity with ALX and Cameco stating they would be willing to work with CGN. CGN obviously has very deep pockets despite it's modest market cap of $13B USD with the 90% government ownership stake.
