The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:VolatilityI agree that they need to start turning drills on Karita asap.  They have an access problem to resolve regarding the northern border of Senegal so they don't get speared by the local tribesmen.  Other than that, capital should be easy to raise right now.  They need $2-2.5 million for the first phase of drilling and that should be easy to obtain.  A good look at the JV's 43-101 and any investor would salivate to get a piece of Karita.  I would like to see them spin Karita off into a subsidiary and make it a separate venture.
