RE:RE:RE:Sounds like very competitive bid to acquire Because there's an overhang of short report and management execution and a stigma with the stock. Although the report has been disputed and management has fixed their unprecedented incentive plans, things like this takes a while to recover and re-attract institutional investors which is what ultimately drives stock appreciation.
These things take time and don't happen in an instant. The lack of stock re-consolidation could also be attributed to the overall volatility and the recent takeover of the overall bear market. All of these things come in play that affects the overall stock price of a company. Some can argue that we've recently re-entered into a semi-bullish market on the back of oil stock recovery in Canada, but there's few indicators coupled with the lack of time to really tell whether or not the markets have shifted into bullish behavior.
Even if IT did not allude to a possible sale of the company, with the robust growth and excellent earnings released yesterday, the price action that happened today would still have happened. Possible sale, superb earnings, overall market strength would eventually lead this company back to industry peer trading multiples. Takes time, but it will get there.
