I was referring to something current,  not past, we should get new ratings based on curent quarter  in the next few days.
  I find analyst recommendations as a rough guide to what sentiment they are trying to disseminate

The cc was a good report for future 2017 2018.
The risk to me is the E&P players( Encana being a counterparty risk)

Short term,div appears safe, my call value goes down my put value goes up or vice versa, Im  where I like to be safe and gettiing paid.
