The short seller, Andrew Left, is actually the one who uncovered the mess. What I have clearly stated many times now is that I am surprised that Donville would have staked his reputation on defending Valeant in the first place.
Then again actions do speak louder than words as Jason did sell most of his position in VRX shortly after going on BNN and attacking the character of Andrew Left.
