exactly right, I am a new share holder came in November, I'm guessing just about everyone here is in he money. The reason I will be voting NO is because 1.the deal smelt like shtiy right of the start, with the lying the the misleading statements, COMPLEET DISREGARD FOR ANY SHAREHOLDER WEATHER YOUR NEW HERE OR OLD!! 2. THO only goes after HI grade deposits!!! 3. I have self respect and could not vote for a disrespectful offer!!!
