Short coverg?

Short coverg?I have to believe that we are seeing the effect of some short covering today. iBB up marginally and VRX up half as much. CXR breaking out of that bullich head and shoulders pattern, breaking above 50dma and 20dma crossing above 50dma. All very bullish for the near term and then financials to carry it the rest of the way.
