Just google - "SEC Belize arrests Bob Banfield".  It was/ is the wild wild west down there!

Gotta keep it clean, the SEC has a few more teeth than the Cdn counterpart. It looks like DL and the crew should tread lightly dealing with offshore entities, they certainly are not equipped/ experienced/ knowledgeable to operate in these circles. Historically speaking co's are offshore for a reason, least of which is getting a decent tan while attending board meetings down south.
