IS that $1M in escrow account now?

IS that $1M in escrow account now? Hey guys So do we have - DEFINITIVE confirmation that Mart got their $1M? I thought there would be a news release if they did....given all the non-completion issues with this deal. Couple other question of those that follow this stock. What is the underlying Mart company worth? What are those hedges worth? Is there a moratorium on Mart seeking other partners other an SL?
