This is a US Gov. agency that is working the plan review..not noted for fast turnaround. Every negative comment on the Plan has to be answered..and there will be pages of these from groups inside and from outside AK. May 1st is my guess..if all goes well. The Plan submitted is as good as they come..covered every possible issue. Had a couple of lawyer investors review the plan. They thought it was top notch..and also submitted supporting comments for the Plan. CP
