...in my opinion,.yes ERTguy this has been on going for years !.lsg as mention on CTV interview had been in talks on going for the last year as Tony mention possible new mines in Timinns requiring more capital. Obvious material change as CEO sees 43-101 in house calculation adding gold in all catergories satisfying  Taaaa'SS chops. My buddy Bob was hyping a $ 4.00 share price through his broker expecting this 43-101 to drive the stock..The BNN coverage of merger Analyst already have both THA and LSG priced in to To-days merger and both trade according to gold  price.What happens when the US $ drops then the currency raises both cost hurting LSG. Looking back too BREX days then SEC supposily set new Guide lines to over see such timming of events. My self have been caught in boiler room pumps having been ask by BC SEC for feed back to assit them thinking i"ve seen it all.I totally agree one has to be on there game in this Industry as rules are far gone out of Canada and run by Bay St, & Howe St, sharks flipping for pennies...ERT, thinking your looking for the next big thing, then your DD work on " BAY" a word of mouth company seeing insiders fund without using the Broker community is worth a look.
