It seems likely that Sprott's corporate interests will not take any action with regard to their MTO shareholdings, if this were to prejudice their boss / private shareholder.

Indeed, if Sprott investment were to provide loan capital, either to take out the 2017 debentures, or to develop Moroy, then Sprott could benefit personally, on the coat tails of loan capital provided
