RE:RE:Private PlacementThis PP seams to have been established weeks ago since they refer to  the average price of the mou announcement period and also Mr Bourassa making reference to this PP in interview several days before the official terms announcement. 

If there is any substantial pullback it will just be a good opportunity before FS update announcement and also execution of the JM payment.
