RE:Surprising Cheval57, we know what's happening. They have no money left & they're negotiating terms of a restructuring with whichever group or groups that have stepped forward to provide a lifeline (likey current large shareholders).
I expect & hope those terms will include Mr. Fleming's removal from the company.
Until there is a solid deal in place that funds the company on an emergency basis as well as through to profitability, there is no point in lifting the halt as the stock will just fall to $0.005. It will remain halted until every detail is worked out, which IMO is by far the best move.
