I believe that the next announcement is going to be regarding “vertical integration”. A major battery company will offer the seed money in exchange for a percentage of the production. I am completely confident that those discussions are well underway and on many fronts. I also believe that the volume of shares been taken out lately are a result of a major showing interest.  It is always good business to purchase just under 10% of a company’s shares prior to approaching them with an integration plan or offer. The approach is completely legal as long as you stay under the 10% share volume and don’t have a formal offer in place. However once formal discussions are in place or an offer is made, the blackout period begins.
 
With the abnormally high volume over the past number of weeks supports the above theory. If correct, we will see a financing deal and   positive pressure on the share price prior to month end.
