No management change

Sorry guys, Ewan isn't going anywhere. Overall he's done a fantastic job in a very tough environment. Sure I can dwell on the negatives but the positives far outweigh them.

The only thing I'm disappointed about right now is the jv with abx and the lack of gold production news. Originally first pour was late 2015. Here we are late 1st quarter of 2016 and still no news.

I have to give Ewan an A overall. That can change to an A+ if nice news comes out of Nevada this week.

Management is a key factor in owning a stock. If I feel they're killing the company I'd sell or never invest in it.
