Guys, you may want to reconsider. It's NOT paying a 38 cent per quarter distribution. It's paying a 4% yield. That means the 1.55 CENTS that it's paying YEARLY equals out to 0.38
CENTS PER SHARE per QUARTER.
Cents, guys. NOT dollars.
