I would also add grid utility battery systems, which I believe will dwarf the EV sector for the next few years at least. A lot of electrical grids around the world are getting to much renewable energy added like wind and solar both of which are intermittant. This is causing havoc on the electrical grid with too much generation during the day and no where to "put it". This is where thousands of battery systems come in which can be owned and controlled by the utility. This can improve grid capacity without the need for new infrastructure. The utility may pay the homeowner rent for the space for the system or in the case of Hawaii require that a battery storage system must be installed with new solar installations.
IMHO this sector is about to explode, far faster than the electric vehicle will
