RE:Zucher Trust requisitions special meeting

RE:Zucher Trust requisitions special meetinginteresting, I would definatly average down if you bought it at elevated prices.

From quick google search it does not look like Zucher Trust is in the business of buying and managing operations like a typical PE firm would do (but again you never know whats on their mind).

I hope they got fed up with Greg (old CEO) and his strategy and simply want to have a control of the ship. Given a pile of cash and a need to make a serious capital allocation call or sale to strategic buyer, who wouldnt want to be incharge when you own 20% of the company?

I like this company as a small cyclical investment, they have been through a coule of cycles with a large cash cushion and when at the top of a cycle they generate significant FCF.

I guess this FY we mights see a lot of new development, hopefully in a positive way
