Information circular.....
Information circular.....is in final revision, and should be released "soon". This will allow shareholders to vote on the merger. The co. expects merger to close in mid to late october. Maybe we will see some upward progress once the info. circular is in the mail, should raise the comfort level with investors that the deal will get done.
