But... why did they halted... ?

But... why did they halted... ?Does anyone have a clue why did they had to halt the stock after market close? Just to release earnings??? 

It still haven't resumed.... and I can't stop thinking that this would be a fu...ing great timing to announce an acquisition before resume! 

Any thought?
