Worst time to sell!  Best time to buy especially if you can stomach more investor panic, short and stop loss trigger attacks.

Is that what Nortel and Enron did?  Their stock went through capitulation mode then reversed?  This is NOT a value investment.  Get an education, then your CFA and tell me this is a value trade then.  You bought today and are down what, 10% already?  Keep buying, maybe you'll push the market up like Nick Leeson tried with the Nikkei, he was a star trader too, just like you.
