Double Dipping

Is there any math major out there with an unbroken crystal ball and a calculator that would like to take a WAG at what kind of C-$'s income the "Locals" will be coming up with when they get training and are working (I hope) at the job sites -plus- start drawing the governments promised "royalties" to boot? Maybe/probable someone with a sharp pencil has already done this exercise but are keeping the results private. It's kind of like a collage kid, about to graduate, and is looking forward to his/her first job and is trying to figure out what kind of car they will be able to afford when they start working.
