RE:Take-over speculations anyone?

A takeover would be a little messy with all our joint ventures with different companies. This is the next best thing to a poison pill. We don't want to be taken out although I believe we will be anyways.
This company is grossly under valued and a takeover at $5.00 would be an insult.
