Thanks for your response! I have enjoyed your posts and your balance to the board.
You make a good point, in that, the person you go to the dance with, you might not dance with; or go home with.
Although, I hope that management has been learning from mistakes the past several years to incorporate that knowledge into future projects; at some point new leadership may be required to inspire the team and take the company to the next level. Not sure we are there yet, but it would be great to have management feel less secure and more responsible; or at least act as if we were there. I hope that management doesn't feel that the revenue levels or profitability they are aiming for during the next 12-24 months is a resting on their laurels period...
