Or are you assuming (as I am) that there will be another reverse split?
Any hold on shares would only apply to new investors and only if wrote into the offering.
Anyway,i'll believe this deal when it happens and it hinges on the finance.btw,the clarification on denomination probably shows where the money is supposed to come from.someone sitting on us dollars gets an immediate 25% bump on a Canadian asset and a smart way to play a recovery.
I have  an American relative that participated in a bought deal here and used the equity to leverage a real estate purchase.she calls it her 'Trump' hedge but regardless,barring oil hitting 20 bucks a barrel the 5 year plan could see a currency gain of 40% alone.the risk,of course,is if the original investments were bought at the right time or are solid.
