USA Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other related activities within the United States. Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

RE:Take Over

It would make sense at these levels ....The asset class with the property they have and future earnings make it an easy $10.00 STOCK. I know with a potential of over $2 billion in assest sales to help with the purchase , I am surprised it has lasted this long .....Also with the announcement of several Oil and Gas companies with hoards of cash ....Buying assets would be very prudent and value in future earnings.....We should get well into mid to low teens , at very least for a sale to happen.... 50% premium on todays price
