The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

just started my DD on Xop and was wondering if anyone could bring any info to light regarding the exploration by Chevron at LB 11, 12 and 14?  Read an article saying they'd 'abandoned' those prospects, why?  Can't find much info on the net.
