you have no idea at what price all the shares where bought at but you must "cloud" it as much as you can in a 'saving the investor light of course'.
You can only "analyze" past events like you do every day all day. the reasons the shares are being bought is not your concern but I'll give you one little hint, it's to make money........oh ya you don't know what I'm talking about cause that's not why you're here......lol lol lol
