RE:RE:RE:RE:Re Basherville gangGuess you don't get it - collaborating in an activity for personal gain either for yourself or others is not a civil lawsuit situation.

Rather it is criminal activity punishable with whatever the legal procedings determine.

Bash away if you are silly enough to continue doing so. Provide more eveidence

sudzie191 wrote: Silly folks, it won't be a civil suit, rather illegal proceedings on the part of the bashers and their associations.

Feel free to do more posts provide more evidence, make the task for the authorities easier

sudzie191 wrote: It should be quite clear that PLS south will emerge as a new production area, and perhaps grow to dwarf the east side.

So no doubt various legal authorities may be paying attention to the various legal aspects of a new development.

Thusly and so, could it be possible that the RCMP may be paying attention to the Basherville group, busily making a list of all the folks off this chat group, tracking their identities, affiliations/associations etc, and over time building sufficient evidence to bring them into court?

Agendas such as bash FCU stock so that brokers/hedge funds can pick up cheap shares come to mind. When push comes to shove, will the involved brokers/hedge fund pay the legal fees of the bashers, or abandon them  to try to avoid any penalties/bad publicity? Likely, so the bashers will be left on their own to defend themslves and the costs associated.

Its quite clear who the bashers are, they have had many different identities, but no problem for the RCMP to track them. Even if they stop, it may be too late for them, as they have already cooked their goose.

Anyway, they ( ie Basherville gang) should not be surprised to know they are under surveillance, and thier excuse as a right to free speach that is also associated with intentions will not do them much good in a court of law.

THreats from the likes of Howard Hughes, now Duke can easilty lead to due processes being implemented.

There should be no doubt whatsoever, that as the PLS area progresses and develops, so does  the  attention of  legal authorities.

So while one might think its smart allec stuff to bash, you might not feel so smart in the courtroom some day!
