Professional Market Makers. Ugh.,

Every day, 30 seconds before the close, 100 shares trade, at the low bid. Was trading at $7.09 & ask. Bid $6.91, where it traded just before the close. Last several days all the same trading pattern, since their annual came out. Never any volume. Not very exciting.
