yes absolutely GoPats. Q4 will be poor and sellers will have near term regrets and especially so after the expanded claims come in. The Roth presentation was great on all fronts but what I found particularly interesting was the CFO's comment at the 9 min mark when he stated that it was the FDA that had asked TSO3 to submit the application for expanded claims. If true - and I assume it is - its very suggestive of what the FDA thinks of TSO3's technology and possibly their own considerations regarding expanded regulatory requirements in light of growing HAI risks. Hope we are still an independent company come mid October. GLTA.. Dan
