Rampant Arbitration

Rampant ArbitrationCheck out the following link that gives a rundown of  pending arbitrations in Colombia with respect to mining. Interestingly EOM is not the only company affected by the designation of a "park" as one arbitration claims they were damaged by the boundaries of another park. It seems there is a coordinated "land grab" as leftseat always claimed. Lots of money involved in these arbitrations, over 16 billion.
