Piping is ready, only the costs weren't controlledReading the news releases carefully they say piping was finished. Nothing hints any rework is needed. They need money to pay bills for already occurred work. Read the news releases and pay attention to the working. Sure, more time is needed for commissioning but nothing say they need to rework or fix anything.
