Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:Massi

RE:RE:MassiBon Jour Polebrook :-)).
I guess I see this one different, I have been involved in similar situations and every one was a different legal masterpiece with huge consequences if not fulfilled right.
In this case assuming what you say, that SIO sold all the patents to 3D-LLC-Wilan and told us that we can use them for free but not licence them to anyone ,then what do we have to sell ? .
If we don`t own the patents, we don`t own the movies, we pay royalties to the CEs, to NeuLion and the Studios, who will buy something like this?, at least with the patents we hold everything together.
I may be wrong but it makes no sense to me to have sold the HiFi and the extension, besides the fact that we have nothing left those patents alone were worth millions.

Delloite and the Judge have to have seen something very promising otherwise they would have done it differently.
The problem with these wranglings is the confidentiality and secrecy afforded to them.
We paid for the pie, they screwed it heavenly and then they can hide what they are doing depriving us of some kind approving assumption.

I imagine Delloite must be playing by the rules, the Court lightly reads the filings and if they look ok they rubber stamp them, but if any wrongdoing is found later it could be a hefty price to pay.

I still don`t trust Routhier, he is a snake but he also lost a fortune, so he made roughly $2.500.000 in salary since debuting in the Venture but his shares depending on the outcome could be worth nothing, when they were worth millions depending on when you want to draw the line.

Still many things don`t make sense, it should still be some money coming in,contracts renewed, some kind of promised strategy, "something"  and we should be told of certain things, this absolute silence is BS.

Anyways have to get ready for my soiree.

GLTA.
