RE:Conference Call tidbits..

RE:Conference Call tidbits..Yes...news of a JV would have been great.   Perhaps it is in the works but too early to announce?

Backens is quite black and white. No fluff. Matter of fact.   I wonder if a CEO search is on, or if he is "Interim CEO" for a reason (buyout positioning).

From the conference call:
  • They will be in a position to pay off the debt from cash generated from operations by June.
  • They will have positive Free Cash Flow this Quarter
  • They are modifying the PEA to reflect the El Sauzel acquisition, which will show even more robust economics.
  • They are 50% complete on the plant and Equipment move.
  • They fund the Feasibility study as necessary and as finances allow (at this time)
  • Changes to the block model and operating plan have already yeilded results (hinted that they may be better than expected - perhaps reading between the lines. Anyone else read his statement that way?)

Also looking at continuing SF beyond Q4.

All in all, very positive... but I would like some sort of tranche financing arrangement or JV/Streaming or a similar non-dilutive financing mechanism - LT loan.
