....prior the , I don"t know why the high volume causing IROC to halt on Feb 5 2016 then resuming to trade on Friday the 5 th volume and share price was going up fast Friaday morning. The board here was wondering why so in order to level the playing field allowing the little guy to also to get in on the trade because i believe all things should be on the table .......
