RE:RE:GREED

RE:RE:GREEDGDXJ, it may be too early for you to say the following words. If the share consolidation gets rejected by the shareholders, the share price moves 5-10 bags higher and then you lose money. Secondly, If the managers abandon the proposed share consolidation, the share moves 5-10 bags higher and then you also lose money.

Remember: nobody knows whether or not the proposed share consolidation will get approved by our shareholders. In the worst case, even if the share consolidation gets approved and also the managers decide to do it in a suitable time, it will take a long time for sure,  maybe 1 year or maybe 5 years, who knows?. From now to that time, the share price could already rise 5-10 bags higher, and then you lose money.  So, don't you think it may be high odds to make big profits by just holding your shares now? Don't forget the strong fundamentals could drive the share price up whenever the updates come out from the company.  Remember the share consolidation is just an opinion from the managers now and it may never ever go through, and I believe you have seen this happened for many companies before. So do you still want to give up the good opportunity for making big profits by just holding the shares for a little while? Think about this and make a best decision for you. Good luck!

I think the whole idea of rolling back the stock is that the stock price is not ony higher and few shares, but they can start the dillution all over again.
Then management can come along and give themselves some cheap options as a bonus. It hard to give yourself a cheap option when youn your stock is 2 cents.
Its also another reson why so many do a name change when they do a roll back. It a way of getting new uneducateed investors to buy in.
To me rollbacks is just a cop out and I agree with you that it is just greed and laziness.
Time to move on. Sell out take your cash because there are lot of other 2 cent plays with a lot less shares floating about
