Completely agree with you. 

GK keeps saying that there is nothinh wrong with the process.  At the same time, in the middle of the last phase of testing prior to production they come out and say that there is a need for another10 million for pipin and that as a result another delay is required.

When you are testing the final steps before declaring commercial production you cannot have 10million worth of pipes missing or not installed yet.

Based on the wording of the last PR it seems that the testing of the decomposer was done and it went well.  My gut feeling is that tsting of the calciner had some issues that require remediation.

Hopefully I am wrong and testing of the calciner is going well and does not rrequire all of those kilemeters of additional pipes and if this is the case we should have an update in a week or so.  I am not holding my breath for this PR.
